I need to get an official transcript of results to send to my host university. Do ye think that the downloadable version on SISWEB would be ok or would the hard copy be better?

Use the sisweb one, but make sure that you've opened your results for third party viewing. There's a button beside them you click to enable it! I've used the sisweb one for sending stuff to other university's and I've had no problems!
