How do I puk unlock a Tesco mobile sum card without going to Tesco mobile???my little fella locked me out of phone this morning. Help!!;

AFAIK, you can do it there.....you need to register if not already registered.
I can't remember how easy or difficult the registration process is, but you might be asked for phone and/or SIM numbers, etc.
Here's a pic of what I can see in my account, with codes and names edit of course!!!
