    Joe, Limerick city is a big place, a small number of people were affected by the floods - what's the chances of this woman winning the bad-luck lottery twice ffs???

    He soujnds disappointed that she wasn't flooded as well.

    It feels great Joe, I saved money on house insurance and got my house fixed for free and I now have all new fixtures, fittings and furniture without putting a hand in my own pocket.
