Should be a simple upgrade, backup everything first!

Got that sorted thanks , now I have another problem

WE have up dated a new website www.irishbeekeeping.ie using joomla , but a few people are complaining that the menu bar does not work properly on their computer using IE7. ITs fine on mozillia and chrome. I am sure the solution is simple but it has me baffled
