    Sean is a decent guy and a good cleaner, I have no reference point for cost but give him a call and I'm sure he'll quote you over the phone

    Thanks for that, I'll have a look. There doesnt seem to be many around in Celbridge & in 3 years here, I've never seen anyone call to houses offering the service....
