    Hi Lads,
    Can anyone recommend a good strength and fitness club for a beginner around the kilkenny, Carlow or Wexford area. I'm looking for with someone to point me in the right direction with a programme as its not something i've ever done much of.

    Fennelly Fitness Kilkenny - Run by Ireland's strongest man.

    The Watershed kilkenny - Good selection of weight training and fitness equipment and is pay-in or membership with a very decent pool.

    Not sure about the other counties; a quick search of Google should point you in the right direction.
