PS3 Yellow Light

Anyone in Limerick able to fix PS3 yellow light? Have a friend who wants it done. I wouldnt know where to start. (he turns it on and theres a yellow light which turns into a flashing red light, game stuck in drive.... wont turn on) Al

Ask your friend to do this to get his game out:

1. Switch off ps3 at the back
2. Hold eject button
3. Switch on the ps3 at back while holding eject button, playstation fan will kick up the speed and eject the game.

Note: This ^^ doesn't work on the launch model CECHC-03 (the one with 4 usb ports and memory card readears), but will work with all of the rest.
