Anyone recommend a solicitor in Kilkenny who would regularly attend Kilkenny district court? Have to appear at Kilkenny district court in April to answer a fairly minor road traffic offence ( NCT out of date ) but will be out of the country so need representation ! Any help appreciated .

Dont know of any but i do know that an NCT out of date isnt really classed as minor anymore the fines can be 500euro plus for having no NCT. The cops are taking cars if the NCT is out a while and the courts are coming down hard on it aswell.

Michael Lanigan of Poe Kiely Hogan Lanigan Solicitors would be one of the best around.

Another very good one would be Anthony Canning in Friary Street.
