UPC wifi problems. ' can't connect to this network' message

    I keep getting this message when I try to connect my laptop to my new house wifi. My iPhone can connect no bothers to my wifi, and my other housemates can connect to it easily too.

    It won't even leave my laptop put the password into it as the message ' can't connect to this network' comes up!

    Anyone have any advice??? I would greatly appreciate it

    Delete all wireless network connection details. Uninstall the wireless card from device manager and reboot. The card will be automatically reinstalled. Then try connecting.
