Broadcast charge

When is this going to happen ? And how will people find ways to avoid it ? Will the likes of google run into trouble or vodafone ? Will they lose out if we stop using there media apps ?

Do not mind this charge as it is more representative in how we really use media today but I would like to here from those who bring third party to our internet TV, iPad ,Android device media streaming world. Why not charge them from the start and make more money from those who are allready making enough who pay little tax as it is ?

The charge (if it happens and replaces TV licence) will be universal. Even if you have no electronics.

If you have no devices capable of receiving public broadcasts/information then you won't be charged is my understanding so far ,

But who lives in the stongeage these days
