    No Ronaldo?

    Or Suarez?

Couldn't leave either of them out myself.

    Xavi > Busquets
Different positions, and these days, no in general. Busquets is immense. Just about doesn't fit in my team due to Vidal and Schweinsteiger.

Tempted to put an in form Robben in ahead of Ribery but went with the latter due to consistency. Only other hard choice is who to pick beside Thiago Silva in defence, not a lot of great options.

Chiellini aside...this one is mine. Not sure who I'd put in, maybe Kompany, maybe Koscielny, maybe John Terry on this season. I'm also tempted to change it a little:

    Neuer
    Lahm
    Thiago--Koscielny--Alaba
    Schweinsteiger-Vidal

    Kroos
    Messi
    Zlatan
    Ronaldo

This way Messi is in the wrong position though.

The vast majority of people don't have Suarez in. Zlatan is better

    Come at me bro:

    Neuer
    Ivanovic-Terry-Kompany-Mertesacker-Lahm
    Vidal
    Yaya---Schweinsteiger
    Suarez
    Lewandowski

Disclaimer: don't think I've ever even seen Vidal play!

CSF nailed it. Possibly Bale for Suarez but that's debatable at best.

What my 11 could be in about 2-4 years:

    Courtois
    Cuadrado
    Varane
    Kompany
    Shaw
    Strootman
    Vidal
    Olivier Torres
    Neymar
    Kroos
    Suarez

    Neuer

    Touré

    Bale
    Suarez
    Messi
    Ronaldo
    Ribery
    Reus
    Ozil
    Hazard
    Aguero

Yeah I know my team looks a little bit unbalanced with Touré in there.....

    :pac:

Have a problem with a couple of your choices.

They're decent players but theres no way Messi or Ronaldo deserve to be in there.

Well obviously not Cleverley but some people just don`t get my weird humour!

Not sure about Evra, but he is up there with the best attacking left backs.

Can`t be sure about Pique..or Alves. Other than those 4 its serious.

    Neuer-

    Lahm Kompany Silva Alaba

    Busquests--Vidal

    Kroos

    Ronaldo--Aguero--Messi

Some tough calls and one or two in there as players I have soft spot for like Kroos. Think Alaba is quality bit of stuff.

He'll be into his 30s and injuries will have caught up with him imo.

He'll be 28 in 2 years, and 30 in 4. Not exactly old, he should be well capable of keeping up with the likes of Neymar.

    Neuer
    Lahm Koscielny Silva Alaba
    Schweinsteiger Busquets
    Fabregas Messi Ronaldo
    Ibrahimovic

Still wouldn't be sure about leaving out Casillas. The man is a god, don't know why Real don't always play him.

Messi, Ronaldo and Ibra cannot be left out. Nor can Lahm really. Centre back is hard, besides Silva. Midfield, could their in Kroos, Ribery, Iniesta, Ozil (the last two months aside, he's still an awesome player). Haven't seen much of Vidal, so don't know about him. Hazard and Suarez are squeezed out by the sheer depth of quality in their positions.

I'm only surprised Pique isn't there.

Valdes ahead of Neuer or even Courtois is truly absurd.

Why? I haven't gone through your team and called anything absurd. It's an opinion and my opinion is that Victor Valdes has been the best goalkeeper in the world for the last 2 years.

People who have Aguerro ahead of Suarez confuses me. Sergio is a wonderful player but surely Luis is a notch above him. Is it down to a personal dislike of him?

I'm most surprised at the lack of players from Bayern in most teams. In a lot of cases Lahm, Alaba and Neuer are the only ones there. More Schweinsteiger in the last few teams but the people who put Vidal, Toure and others ahead of him are just laughable imo. Toure in anyone's team is laughable really. Nowhere near the top centre mid in the world. Suarez doesn't get in because Messi has to be accommodated in his best position which is also Suarez's. Can't move Suarez out wide as there are players better suited to those positions. Same with Ibra unfortunately.
