Parcnagowan Property Price

I'm interested in buying a property in Kilkenny City. I'm from Kilkenny and it's something I've always wanted to do. I like Parcnagowan. I'm finding it hard to figure out true value as there is so few houses for sale there and very few on the propertypriceregister.
Does anyone know how I could find the initial 'release' sale prices so I can compare house to house valuations/sizes/spec etc.

Quite a few there no??

It's probably the biggest estate in Kilkenny with maybe 150 properties (?) and it is relatively new so I would have expected there to be 20-30 recorded prices at least.
But I was also looking to see if anyone know of any detail on the house types/sq foot/rooms etc.

Friend of mine lived there but wasn't a fan of it so moved to Loughboy. I guess it depends on what you're looking for. They could hear the neighbours next door and they used to wake up the kids in the evening time.
