Tripod for travel

I'm looking to pick up a tripod that fit in a backpack - needs to support a 5D and 24-105 lens. It's for shooting video, but I don't see myself panning or tilting much - just want something sturdy enough to put the camera on to interview people for documentary stuff.

I was looking at the Benro travel ones that fold up really small, but I have two quality tripods already, and for the amount of use this will get I don't know if I want to spend the €160 or so on one. Is there anything decent at a lower price? I don't care if it's not the best tripod in the world, as long as it won't fall over in a gust of
wind and is nice and small.

    Cheers!

I've picked up a Velbon P-Max this evening. Its light enough, compact & was the equivalent of about $35US... Which seems to be allot less than half price. Its a fairly sold peice of kit & has a cool quick release for the legs...

Did you get it online or in a shop?
