    I would say it should be fair enough starting it at 24hrs from when it is announced on here, or applied for on here, whichever happens first.

    Not sure about the above situation though.

    I just assumed that the Basel Manager was waiting for Mac to get into contact with him over on SM or something.

    Then again, seeing as it's gone on for almost a week now since he's applied, and he could have easily came on to Boards again to check what was happening but didn't, I don't have a problem with opening it again to other managers.

    So yeah, Let's just say it's officially open again until midnight tomorrow which gives other managers a 23 hour and 45 minute chance of applying!!

    Philip Anschultz has visited the StubHub Centre offices to say goodbye to his manager Paul Jordan in the now almost certain prospect of Jordan's move to Turkey. The AEG chairman has stated that Bruce Arena will take over from Jordan in the teams pursuit of a top 10 finish in Division 4.

    There are strong rumours coming out of Turkey tonight that a deal has been struck that will see the current LA Galaxy manager Peanut Butter Jelly (PBJ) take charge of Division 3 side Besiktas. Sources close to the Turkish side have told reporters that an announcement of their new manager is imminent. However, official confirmation has yet to be released by either of the two clubs involved. Meanwhile, a large group of supporters are gathering outside the Vodafone Arena in Istanbul, where it is rumoured that the new manager may be unofficially unveiled to the supporters before the official unveiling to the world's media which is expected to be tomorrow afternoon.
