    i had a message last week (i think) where an externals bid was blocked by the smfa on one of the unmanaged clubs..... hadnt seen it in this league till then and i think it was after you lodged your ticket. i dont know if unmanaged can buy still tho. (not that i care :rolleyes:)

    no! your points dont reset, yes! they follow you for life.

    Although, I don't think it'll matter now between these two as they won't be adding to their respective manager points between now and closing!!

    Managers Applying For the US Palermo Vacancy :

    After being touted as the leading candidate for the Palermo vacancy, and having been approached by the club itself, the Benfica manager, Seaneh, and Palermo have failed to reach an agreement which would have seen Seaneh become gerp99's successor at the Stadio Renzo Barbera.

    Within minutes of the news, the Benfica manager released the following statement;
    "Why would I drop down a division just to pursue a rivalry with the manager of a club at the bottom of the table when I can stay here and gain promotion to the top division, where I can test myself against the best managers in the world? It makes no sense. I stay in Lisbon".


    With this announcement, US Palermo have quickly turned their attention to the current Besiktas manager Mr. Blobby, with sources close to Besiktas stating that a contract has already been offered to their manager from the Italian club.

    US Palermo have yet to release a statement but an announcement on their new manager is expected imminently.
