Recommend WP plugin for mobile/responsiveness

    Hi,
    My site is Photoblog.ie and I want to make it responsive. I don't want to change my WP theme (dandelion, bought on themeforest) as I've put a lot of work into customising it.

    Anyone recommend a WP plugin? I'm willing to pay a one off fee for it but would prefer not to pay a monthly cost (which most I've browsed appear to have).
    I had a mobile detector plugin but it wasn't ideal.
