    After 2 goalless games he might be told to push on again.If he does get a 3 match ban,he'll actually only miss 1 League game,the other 2 are cup matches.

    Yaya's situation will be known by Tuesday morning at the latest, most likely some stage on Monday.

    If banned he'll miss Sunderland, Chelsea in the cup and the following league game against Stoke.

    Has he even been charged yet? Is it he'll be charged on Monday/Tuesday to go before a disciplinary committee? Either way, if he appeals the decision, it will be put back to a later date.

    He's not been charged yet, it will be Monday/Tuesday before that happens.

    given what happened with carroll (a seemingly much more innocent incident) I doubt they'd bother appeal, plus, I think they'd prefer to have him miss sunderland at home than a cup final? could be wrong though.

    Yaya missing a few matches would be music to my ears since I gambled with no city coverage until after the blank GW at least. On 48 points this week with Eriksen and RVP(C) left to play. Kicking myself for not getting up early enough on Sat morning to change captain to Hazard.

    It won't. They've changed the ruling since Ferdinand did it successfully a few years ago. Appeals will be heard before the next game, they'll fast-track it.
