Digital Camera problem

Hey, I've got a Canon Ixus 105 digital camera and I cannot delete any pictures because every photo is 'Protected' every time I attempt to thrash it. Any ideas? Thanks

Look at your camera and see if there is a button with a "key" symbol , this button can be set to lock images to prevent them from being deleted. When you are looking at the images on camera usually you will see the key symbol on the image, press the key button to unlock each image
Otherwise have a look on your camera card and see if the little locking tab is at the locked position.

Go to Canon PowerShot SD1300 IS: Playback Mode Menu
And there you have : Protect
Unselect your pfoto!
