    Just to clarify - you'll get the "high demand" message when you hit refresh at 9am. Then you'll be taken to a page that allows you to select the tickets you want. Then you get the "15 minutes" message.

    I hit refresh on Firefox at 8.58am and it started processing.
    Did the same on Chrome at 9am, and that's still processing whilst i'm done on Firefox.

    Obviously they went on sale just before 9am.

    Not yet I am afraid, you've selected your day and quantity and now the ordering system is trying to find available tickets
