I cant find a place to ask this question.Is there one? I want to send a light parcel to the Phillipines but i hear the postal service there is poor.Whats's the best way to send? Destination is Davao City,Mindanao.Any help very much appreciated.Thanks in advance. Mod,re-direct please(thats a request and not an order lol)
