I have some regular LAN cable and a machine for crimping on end pieces

I am putting in an IP camera and want to run POE from camera 24V connection to camera.

Is my regular LAN cable good enough for this ? or do I need to upgrade the cable, the LAN cable I have is some LAN cable I got from ebay

Make sure it is copper coper and not Cca copper clad aluminium as Poe will not work on this cable. Other than that cat5e onwards will work fine.
