<snip> Hosting Terrible

    Hi guys,

    Three days ago I signed up with <snip> and have had to raise 3 support tickets already because of their terrible service. Mainly to do with connecting to the server through FTP.

    I have had a look on their Facebook page and I see comment after comment on their shoddy service and FTP problems. Maybe this is a thread for consumer rights but im wondering is it posible to cancel my contract?
