Kids menu annoys me. Everything on it is usually deep fried.
should just be a smaller portion from the regular menu.[/QUOTE]

This is so true all they are ever offered are chicken nuggets/sausages and other such delights with chips. And the price they want for it is laughable.I order one adult dinner and split it usually works out cheaper too.

I agree about kids in eating places after a certain time. They shouldnt be there if i go to teh trouble of getting rid of my kids ,i dont want to see anyone elses.

Scones breaking up upon being buttered, no matter how soft the butter is. Avoca scones are the worst for this

I use a Zippo lighter. Nice brass thing with a Harley-Davidson logo embossed on it. I have it nearly fifteen years, and like myself it's a little battered but intact. However, I noticed a few years back that it was getting next to impossible to get those little bottles of petroleum distillate marketed as lighter fluid. These days I have to trudge right into the centre of the city to a sporting goods shop that sells guns, fishing-tackle, Swiss army knives, that sort of thing, but at least they stock Zippo consumables, including the fluid.

Apparently the reason for this is youngfellas buying the stuff to act the ballacks, presumably sniffing it and/or setting fire to things. Is the only cure for this to stop selling the stuff altogether, forcing legitimate users like me, who are, like, a hundred sodding years old, miles and hours out of our way?? Is it? Eh?!??

Thought I would bring a little treat to work today, found a pack of Mr Kiplings Viennese Whirls with four left. They are fcuking vile, I only ate three.

Damp induced achiness. I've torn ligaments in my left leg several times over the past 10 years or so. Now whenever the weather is cold or damp or both, as it has been for months, I get a series of aches in my ankle, leg, knee and hip. Makes me feel like an elderly woman.

PM me, and I will send you the keys to my villa in St Tropez, a few weeks in the sun and you will be fine, you can use my Zimmer frame when you are over there:D

Check jewelery stores. A lot of them sell zippos and stock the fluid.

Some of the newsagents do too, though they keep it behind the counter. I find the Newport lighter fluid better than the Zippo tbh, though it is a bit more pungent, it lasts longer.

This one from deep within the vaults.

Those fvcking oddballs in the Guinness book of records for having the worlds longest fingernails or equally bizarre pointless and fvcktarded personal records.

They honestly spent 15 years of disgusting personal un-hygiene, inability to type, write, flick their bean or wipe their bumhole (thus inadvertently winning worlds longest bumhole hair too), looks of disgust from the public, and rightful accusations of being an azzh0le halwit ... just to get in a book or be remarked upon by some redneck in a freaks fair in Alabama.

Grabs bat, look dont struggle it will only make it hurt more....you could break a nail.

What is all the fuss about some guy singing his bride up the aisle(steady now), all about? Christ I find that very twee and annoying. Makes me wonder if he was just too cheap to pay for an organist or if he really did just need all the attention to be on him:D

Reserved tables in Pubs. Come in early if you want a table. I was in a City Centre pub last weekend and 60% - 70% of the seats were reserved for some blow ins. No sign of them at the reserved time of course. Had to go somewhere else.

When people say "Be careful what you wish for". As if you want the thing no matter what.

I guess i should add a disclaimer saying "I want X but only if everything works out and there are no unexpected or unintentionally negative consequences".

My husband has the same problem. We live in the countryside and the little garage down the road used to stock it but stopped when a local farmer's bales of hay were set on fire and it was tied in with a local gurrier who had been stockpiling the bottles. Now my husband has to go into the city centre, there's only a few shops that stock it and one of them doesn't open on Sundays.

I know my local tesco sells it at the customer service desk. It's out of sight though
    the Newport stuff

People who say KG's, when referring to kilograms, as in baggage allowance is twenty KG's. It is written as twenty KG's but pronounced as kilos or kilograms. In the "old" days we did not say "20 LB's" we said it as 20 pounds, so there. Trivial but annoying.

A house near me, the owners have an infra-red/PIR sensor light, fair enough, but on a ridiculous setting.

Oh, you mean it actually fcuking switches off? Here's one that has utterly enraged me for years now - pretentious KUNTS who have the front of their houses lit up with big floodlights.

Seriously, SERIOUSLY? Cop the **** on, you wasters. When i'm in power, that sh1t will be punishable by the cat o' nine tails. Do you think we want to look at your poxy, soul-less lump of a house?

What an absolute waste of energy. And, when I sleep at night, I like it to be DARK.

I have one too, don't use it anymore but it's an engraved one from my first true love (aaw) and the instructions included recommend not to use cheap non-zippo lighter fluid like the anonymous stuff you get for half nattin' in pound shops. I know it's in Zippo's interest to sell more of the stuff, but I agree, the cheap sh1t is nowhere near as good as Swan/Zippo brand, and I want to keep the lighter in as good nick as I possibly can...

Three (or sky) customer service refusing to talk to you because you are not the account holder, even though your question has f all to do with the account and you know all the answers to their security questions anyway.

People who get 9 A1's in their leaving cert!

Granted that takes serious work and effort but as some one who (back in the day) got an A1 at honours level in a few leaving cert subjects, when you sit a paper that you get an A1 in you know before you walk in you'll do well, it's easy.
So if you know that already why haven't you got the cop on to realise that you are applying 50% extra work for nothing! By all means sit 7, as a safety net but 9? Show offs :p

I'll go one better again. When you go on a skiing trip with your two buddies and there's only one bed left in the lodge so you have to share, and you're in the middle. Late at night the guy on the left wakes up and says he had a weird lucid dream about getting a handjob. Ironically the guy on the right has had the same dream. Then you realise that you dreamt you were skiing.

People who wear Che Guevara t-shirts that know next to nothing about him.
Guevara was a Marxist guerilla who made a speciality of executing his opponents and prisoners without trial.
He pioneered techniques of psychological torture. And he directed "suicide squads" that were sent into battles with no hope of victory.
He also founded Cuba's concentration camp system, extolled the virtues of class hatred, and persecuted homosexuals.

On a side note, the fact that capitalist companies are profiting from selling the face of a Communist Revolutionary is supremely ironic.
