someone from the title match: Cena or Orton
Correct me if I'm wrong, but Batista was the only superstar on Raw to actually express a desire to win the Rumble, wasn't he?

    Del Rio.

Doubt Punk wins tbh. He goes in Number 1 and lasts til near the end so he looks strong and gets eliminated in a screwy sort of way.

Batista or a surprise DB entry are the only ones I see winning.

Other, Undertaker as number 27, he will win the rumble, win the undisputed title at Wrestlemania and retire the next night on raw.

Actually love the idea of Taker as surprise entrant and winner, wins the title at wm ad then retires the following night vacating the title leading to a massive tournament involving all the big names. Never gonna happen obviousl

Will be amazed, like many, if Batista doesn't win. A lot of the seeds are sown for mania now. Batista would work better as a heel and hopefully he will revert to that character, he could have great program v punk/Bryan

As long as Punk doesn't win I'm happy enough.Hopefuly a return for heel Sheamus and a few golden oldie surprises like Jake,Sid or Vader.

Expecting a good showing from Reigns too, probably eliminating Ambrose/Rollins along the way.

Punk gets screwed by Authority when he has a strong showing, looking like he could win, surely that's the obvious way to go.

Nah, JTG for the win. Has to be. No one would see that coming.

    Basically.

Can't see any clear winner. I'd have a funny feeling Bryan might win though after taking an absolute beating in his match.

I'm hoping Bryan but except Batista :/

I dunno about Batista, especially after he got a fairly tepid reaction on RAW. Could see him winning the title at EC.

Never underestimate how much WWE hate to go with what fans want. Bryan is the blatantly obvious choice now but they are like a rich owner after signing a star player now. He gets all the rub even if it makes no sense.

Wasn't Batista's heel turn, before he left last time, brought on by him being annoyed by the lack of/negative response from the crowd?

I 100% agree with this. It seems the plan for a long time now was having big Dave winning the rumble no matter how over Bryan is!

I can't see them deviating from the plan!

Batista winning is so so obvious though. Surely they have some sort of swerve planned?

Like you may as well have a giant neon sign over the ring that says "BATISTA WINS".

Sure Hunter practiaclly said it. "After Cena, is Brock, after Brock its Batista"

Well they could have the age old "interferance into a fight" by having Del Rio (or "insert wrestler for next story here") being thrown out by Batista and instead of walking away pull Batista over the top rop and some brawling outside the ring to lead into the next PPV story match with some smack talk promos in between.

It won't be D-Bryan he's not in the Rumble match.

I think I'll be happy if anyone but Batista wins it

As happy as I am to see big Dave back, he just doesn't need the rumble win

How do you know he's not in the match?
    That'll be the surprise.

My dreams say the WWE are keeping it a surprise and he will enter it and win.

My gut however is telling me he wont be in. And if he is he wont win.

Paddy isn't even listing Daniel Bryan in the Rumble:

    What a weak Rumble field

It's slowly morphed to Punk vs The Authority and struggles between Orton and The Authority.

Bryan isn't in the Main Event anymore so HHH no longer has a problem with him, remember they see him as a B+ Star but not the face of the WWE. That's how it all began in the first place.

You can tell how they are pushing Batista, they wouldn't want to take his thunder away by having Bryan in the match.

Luke Harper at 16/1 lolz. If this was betfair I would lay my life savings on it.
