Cheaper Go Pro alternative

Can anyone recommend a cheaper alternative to a go pro camera. Looking for something waterproof for skiing, mtb and road cycling.
There seem to be lots of different options on eBay.
Any one recommend one?

I was looking at this recently and the website TechMoan pretty much narrows it down to 3 choices depending on budget & requirements. He says the SVC200 is the best cheap camera.

Thanks for the info. The SVC200 looks good. Had a look around online at secondand GoPro's but not sure what's a god one.

Cracking camera, and a dacent price

Contour have gone bust since I bought it so Im not sure where that leaves you with aftesales/updates etc (or leaves me for that fact)

Edit: I do like techmoan though and if he recommends something I'd trust him.
