Have a look but folk descended like locusts on the bargain bin this morning.
I don't think a lot of the 360 stuff has been marked down on the shelves but they are on the system.
Get to know what is cheap and have a look.

There was loads of fire emblems in my close tesco, if there's anymore tomorrow I'll get some for ye.

In other news I got Fire Emblem, Sonic, Mario Tennis and Metal Gear Solid for €20.
None of them marked down. I went up to the counter and asked and the person hadn't a clue about the sale, so I got a copy of fire emblem and it scanned as a fiver. I asked if she could check other prices and she said no, so I said would she mine scanning a few and it was no bother.
I brought down a copy of very game, had about 17 in total. 4 scanned as €5, once one.
Reckon she thought I was mad.

Nice, got metal gear for a fiver, wasn't marked 5 but it scanned in. Just grabbed it off the normal shelf.

Took a gamble online & ordered a few 3DS games, some of the listed ones disappear though when you log in as it works off your local Tesco's stock I think?

I grabbed a few games and took them to a price scanner (On the opposite side of the shop) but only DK scanned in at 5. The only Wii games in the shop were shovelwhere.

I asked some staff about the sale but they were all clueless (not that I blame them don't imagine they're kept in the loop).

Happy enough with DK anyway... Well I would have liked Soul Calibur III on PS2 but it was still full price.

Great to see something different going on in Ireland too.

It's nothing new though, Eirta has been around since 2004, I started going in 2007.
You don't have to be into cosplay, there's other things on, anime screenings, games rooms, game tourneys, trade hall, artist alleys and panels on tons of different stuff depending on the con, Jim often does wrestling panels or if the guest is a voice actor they'll do a panel on voice acting, just examples. Check out the events on the cons pages or ask on their forums.
Some cons like Brocon are actually board game/larping but trying to get the anime scene included.
You could sit there all day doing Street Pass too.
