    Henderson or Suarez assist?

Any of those mad people who gambled and captained Aguero may be on for quite a differenetial this week if this match continues as it started.

I dont see how it was that mad to do it? He scored a goal with his second touch during the week so hasnt lost any sharpness.

Liverpool playing aston villa and man city playing cardiff. a quick look at the goals against for either team and it was easy to see city getting more than liverpool.

i put him as captain and suarez as vice. it was the safest thing to do.

How do people still have Mignolet in their team?

When was the last time he kept a cleanie?

I just brought him in this week in wildcard. First time owning him all season

For those looking for keepers, speroni and boruc rotate beautifully

I also have ward and turner as first subs who also rotate with them

Goalkeeper transfers are generally pretty near the bottom of my priorities so thats why's he's still there. Out in the WC though.

How many went for Gerard in their team? He's been muck so far and spent most of the time passing the ball sideways or backwards - too much money to be hoping Liverpool get a pen.

Suarez getting nothing so far isn't really going to change many people's league positions as pretty much everyone has him captained.

*shrugs* my personal bias. I thought he wouldn't get up too much this game. Have the money set aside for him and everything but stuck with Negredo because I thought Ag would do nothing.

Especially with Studge back, I was expecting Liverpool to beat Villa by quite a margin--the obvious thought being Suaz would be heavily involved. Suaz was definitely the obvious option over Aguero.

Now I'm just glad Aguero didn't start the game. :o

He was far from certain to start, even the manager admitting it yesterday. If he didnt start he was always likely to come on as sub thus rendering the vice captain option worthless and increasing the chances of a 1 point return for your captain. Suarez on the other hand is the top scorer in the league and in scintilating form, with a home fixture against Aston Villa.

As it turned out Augero didnt start, he did get some nice points though and its worked out for you, but to say captaining him was the safest thing to do is simply incorrect.

I don't think anyone in the top 20 in my league didn't have Suarez as captain.

Henderson assist :) Really need Suarez to wake up a bit now in the second half though!

Good, I was fearing Sterling might have made way. Now lets hope he does something to warrant the faith ahead of Januzaj.

Likewise, a pre-wildcard gamble paying off, still going as planned in the WC though

Stevie needs another goal or another assist and I should jump a place or two in my league :) It doesn't matter what the other three remaining of my players do because everyone has Suarez(c), Coleman and Hazard.
