I find that astonishing. Aguero wasn't even set to start.
I very very nearly did it too. But played it safe after watching from behind the couch last week when I captained lukaku

Tried that with lukaku once myself, never again.

Toure scoring well irritates me, but then you can't have all the mids.

Aguero just plain písses me off.

made the right move in the end keeping Negredo for one more week...had the correct gut feeling Aguero wouldn't start. he scores 10 anyway.

sometimes, it's just down to a small bit of luck.

Ya ya did nowt without him and as soon as he came on a goal and an assist each.

I don't want to be smart or so but why can't you admit you've been wrong about or at least underestimating Yaya ? He hasn't scored 11 goals in the League this year just because Aguero plays ahead of him. As I said in my previous post, Pellegrini's style is very much attacking. So maybe (I haven't seen all City's games) it suits Yaya. He seems to go forward more than in the past and has obviously improved a lot his efficiency in front of the goal.

Swapped YaYa for Ozil because surely he can't keep scoring,

Sorry mate but this is something I'll never get. Why would he stop? City can't stop scoring (roughly 3 goals per game and 4 goals per game at home). Yaya, when playing, generally plays the 90 mins and is implied in most City's attacking phases. His chances to get involved on the scoresheet at least once per game are then huge aren't they?

6 from Szczesny, and 6 from Ward is good news from my defence so far.

5 from Silva and 3 from Ozil isn't the worst either.

Then Negredo decides to be crap again and gets 1 point.

    21 points total.

    Positives:
-Got rid of Podolski last night, thank feck he did nothing.
    -Played Ward instead of Chester.
    -Resisted temptation to captain Negredo

Losing to my opponent in the cup at the minute, he had Aguero and Yaya.

they are all over the place. As a liverpool fan I was worried when I saw that line up far too open.

    weimann scores gabby assist

    Deeeeeelighted.

My rival is a Liverpool fan and has doubled up on them.

Conceding this week and last is allowing me to make up substantial ground.

How do people still have Mignolet in their team?

When was the last time he kept a cleanie?

19 points from 7, including Kolarov 0 points today.
Now i can watch the Liverpool game and hoping captain Suarez will put a smile back on my face.

    Going well so far...
50 minutes to go - anything can happen.

1942 according to Rory.., that's about right.

GW 16 or 17 I think, and there was a big gap afaik... I've tried to blank it out

Simon Mignolet it was a pleasure to have you as my goalkeeper for the first 3 weeks of the season however all good things must come to an end. It's a pity its about 19 GWs too late but you sir have played your last game for me!

Jaysus Cissokho. Really is useless with the ball at his feet. First spark of life from Suarez though

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,268 ✭✭✭IsMiseMyself

    Well that's 2-0 now.

    Benteke is on my watchlist.

Doubling Arsenal defence paid off. 33 + 4 pre baps and Coleman,Suarez(c),Ade,Haz left to play. Happy days!

I've only had the balls to do that once this season with two Southampton defenders and it did not go well.

48 with coleman azpil hazard januzaj and suarez to still play.

    :D

All this means is Suarez will have to grab 3 goals :D

    I hope.

Any of those mad people who gambled and captained Aguero may be on for quite a differenetial this week if this match continues as it started.
