Running track Northside

    Hey folks
    Just a quick question i was wondering on a Saturday morning is there any running Track on the the North side of Dublin that you can just turn up and pay to use for an hour or so , some wheere like Alssa or something,

    Id just like to do an hour sprint session on Saturday morning but the football pitches and stuff are all in bits with the weather,so wondering is there a track u can use

    Alsaa at the airport is definitely pay as you go ( 8 euro a go I think)

    I'm not 100% sure on that but I've been there a good few times now and have always just turned up and paid the few quid. Sure give them a bell and they'll tell you

    There's a running track in Kilbarrack that is free to use. It's a cinder track but not in too bad shape. I used to do interval sessions on it but haven't been there for a year or so

    There is also Morton Stadium in Santry. €8 for use of their track according to the website. You also have Irishtown Stadium, which is on the southside but just across the river so might be handy depending on where you are coming from.

    You can generally rock up to alsaa any time and pay to use it. You can pay for Santry but if a club has booked it I don't think you can use it

    I pass by it regularly enough and it doesn't look in great shape lately, even the inside lane. Maybe with spikes it'd be okay.

    And that's putting it mildly, but it's cheap at the price! :)
    15mm are order of the day I reckon.
