Joyetech eGo-C security code mismatch?

Bought this kit today but the Joyetech website throws up an error when I try to verify the security code. Is this a regular occurrence or have I bought a fake?

I'd say you may well be the first human ever to check that. They probably never expected anyone to try.

It should come up on the Joyetech website if its genuine but might be a system issue or something as well. I have checked some before and always worked.
