Holy shit. I've seen a gif of that video a few times but never realised it was such a huge tragedy. I assumed it was only the wooden dancefloor that gave way and a few people dropped down like about a foot.

You'd right-click on the image, and then depending on your browser, choose "Copy image URL" (Chrome) or similar. Then you'd use the [img]tags around that URL like:[/img]/photo/aoz5Kqm_460sa.gif[/img]

Some sites don't want you to post images from their site on another (see Hotlinking), so you could copy that image to another host like wthax.org and link from there.
