How do i send money to an E-mail address via Paypal?

Bought an item off ebay, wrong size, seller sending me knew item but wants me to pay p an p (fair enough). He sent me an email address and said to send the money to that? I don't understand what he means, I asked him to send me a link to an invoice and I'd pay it but he said he cant and reiterated the e-mail address. How…

I don't understand what he means, I asked him to send me a link to an invoice and I'd pay it but he said he cant and reiterated the e-mail address.

How can I do this via paypal anyone know ?

Click the "Send Money" tab and enter the email address and amount, then press send.
