Mark on Image/Sensor... Solution??

    Hey guys,

    Just wondering if anyone can help with my issue, below is an image from my Panasonic GH1 zoomed (x3), it show's a mark that appears on every image from the camera. I've done tests with lenses and its always in the same place, (so its definitely not on any glass)

    There was a tiny mark on the sensor that I could see, and I've cleaned that off, the sensor now has no marks but this little red bugger is still showing up

    Is it a dead pixel or something and is there anyway it can be fixed??
