Angling swap/ sell / trade your gear!

A question for the mods..... Would there be demand for this thread or maybe a sticky as in other topics i.e. Darts swap shop???

We had a sticky for selling gear (with an adverts.ie link as per the charter) but there was very little demand. It only got a few posts over the course of a few months.

As for swapping, we did a few fly swaps awhile back and it was well received. We all ended up with a fine selection of flies from it.

a fly swap could be done again but any selling has to be via adverts.ie

Maybe we leave the thread open to swap flies / gear so then.

Leave it with us. We'll see if swapping gear (outside of an organised fly swap) can be done.

In the meantime Ill have to close this.

Just an update on this (again!)

A swapping thread got the ok from admin yesterday before boards went nuclear so as soon as we have some rules it'll be up and running.
