    Thats mostly what ive done on certain players, but not sure if its right though.

    In this example if you offer 1 million and divide by 5, you are offering 1.2 million with 200k as bonus. This is ok

    But does It really matter what the total is as long as the bonus is 20% of it. I know that sounds rather simplistic but its how ive managed so far since i joined.

    Example $20m 4 yrs $4m bonus.

    None of my offers are for that amount by the way.......except Vick

    Just using the 1 million as a simple example, your salary can be whatever you want it to be
