Question about overdue book from JJ Library?

    I would like to return an overdue long loan book from the JJ Library, but the library is closed until the 6th January 2014. I tried to renew the book online so I wouldn't have to pay excessive fines but I'm giving the message "You cannot renew items because: You have exceeded highest level overdue".

    Can anyone tell me if there's any facility to return the book in the meantime before the 6th January?

    Just send them an email stating that you've tried to renew it online but couldn't, I'm sure they'll be reasonable when the library reopens
