    I also found Liam, the local UPC Guy in Mullingar (as opposed to the new fit contractors) to be very helpful in identifying a problem with head office whereby a totally new run of cable to enable 18 properties for triple play here on Lynn Road, had never even been registered on their maps.Customer Services kept insisting I could not get triple play, even though it was Liam who had subbmitted the request for the reroute in the first place!

    He drives one of the badged UPC Vans so if you see him in your area, he should be able to help.

    I'll keep an eye out for Liam. I think if I can get talking to him and show him the problem I'll be able to get it sorted.
