Luas to Carrickmines

Good evening,

Just wondering if any of you know whether or not it's possible - and safe - to get to the Carrickmines shopping plaza from the Luas stop?

I ask because, well, the M50 stands between the stop and the plaza I think and ideally I'd like to get across without being flattened.

So, is there a path or some sort of safe passage from the Luas to the shops? Anytime I've been there by car I haven't noticed any pedestrian-friendly route across.

I'd appreciate a reply. Cheers.

If you get off the Luas at Ballyogan Wood, it's on the same side of the centre and you can walk from there.

M50 does not go between the luas stop and the shipping centre.

It's a straight walk up that should take 5 mins.

OP - just to be clear - you need to get off at Ballyogan Wood LUAS stop - NOT Carrickmines.

From there it is a 10-15 minute walk, depending upon which part of the retail/business park you are going to.
