    I think since Gerrard has been injured. Even Joe Allen has looked impressive since he's been out. I'm not a 'Pool fan but some of their midfielders have performed brilliantly without Gerrard in there.

    Since Gerrard has been missing..

    -Henderson has improved dramatically
    -Sterling scored twice
    -Mignolet en-route for his second CS in a row
    -Suarez up to his usual shenanigans

    Nicolas Anelka was the PL top scorer in the 2008/09 season with 19 goals in 37 games. Suarez already has 19 league goals this season.
