Mark Bell has a podcast called 'powercast' on itunes, listened to a few episodes over the last few days and it's not bad. Efferding has been on and an episode with the Lilliebridge experiment has just gone up today. Could be of interest!

I just subscribed to it on itunes a couple of days ago but have yet to listen to a full powercast all the way through as most are 60+ minutes.

However I do like his (Mark Bells) powerlifting channel on youtube (supertraining06). He comes out with lots of useful info (in between spamming products such as his new powerlifting shoe, hammy bands, slingshot, etc)

FYI & off topic: other interesting youtube channels you may be interested in are listed below. Subscribe to all of them and have a quick browse whenever you log into youtube. Usually something interesting will have been uploaded by one of them:
    • Diesel Strength & Conditioning (lots of useful info on training)
    • Brandon Lilly (lots of useful info on training)
    • Strength Camp (lots of useful info on training)
    • Kelly Starrett (lots of useful info on training)
    • The Spot Athletics (lots of useful info on training)
    • Supertraining06 (i.e. Mark Bell)
    • BroScienceLife (gym comedy)
    • Buff Dudes (gym comedy)
