I am student studying for the leaving cert who has trouble sitting down and learning things like a machine. I have recently thought about investing in a language learning programme like TELL ME MORE and Rosetta alike. I was wondering if anyone had used these programmes and found them helpful. Much obliged, your friendly neighbourhood LC student.

Why on earth would someone pay money out for something like that these days?

Every single thing is on the net for free. Best start here. http://www.duolingo.com/.

Besides that theres no substitute for hard work and repetition.

Personally, while Duolingo is great, I'd say www.memrise.com is better. Try both, try listening to music in the language and try rusing new material online and tutorials from native speakers.

Yep get Memrise on the phone / PC search whatever you want to learn, it's great for languages because most packs come with pronunciation.
