Didn't think Lukaku touched it myself. I have him so I'll be happy with the assist, but expect it to be taken away.

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

A Lukaku winner will bag me a considerable amount of cash.

Yeah I can't see Lukaku keeping that assist, didn't look like he got a touch.

Ramsey has his clean sheet point. Well played Wenger, well played :pac:

Going Ozil -> Ramsey allowing me to get Rooney in for Remy/Lukaku hasn't really worked out at all so far. :(

Happy with that Walcott assist. Hopefully he starts to get more game time now

Positive that was an Oviedo assist. Completely missed Lukaku's feet.

Oviedo can't stop scoring lads ;)

    Lukaku. Why tease me :(

    Barkley OFF, Naismith ON

Lad's a genius. Even when subbed, he manages to maximise his score.

I'm currently on 66, Dahat on 57 but I think Lukaku will lose that assist bringing me back to 63.

    giroud hits the bar

Am I mad to be considering Oviedo ? He won't get clean sheet bonuses but he does get forward a lot

Some shot from Giroud.. off the bar

Was sitting pretty on 69 before the Everton goal. On 61 now but will be down again once Lukakus assist goes away :(

    Absolutely not!

    Absolute bargain at 4.3 4.4!

2 goals and 2 assists in 3 games!

Fair result. Fingers crossed Lukaku keeps the assist but not looking likely unless he got some sort of touch on it. Coleman will have to be happy with 2 points, looks a lot better than the 9 he was set to get...

59 for the week, 56 if he loses the assist.

BBC reckon Lukaku didn't touch it:

GOAL Arsenal 1-1 Everton - Gerard Deulofeu (84 mins)
The boy from Barca has magic in his feet. Gerard Deulofeu will take all the credit but Ross Barkley also played his part in the build-up to Everton's equaliser by skipping past a couple of challenges before spreading the ball out wide. From the resulting centre, Romelu Lukaku fails to connect with an overhead kick but Deulofeu is in the right place to dance around the ball and smash home from 10 yards out. Class.

I actually thought Lukaku did get a slight touch, so I'm hoping he keeps it. Would be some consolation for Kos losing his clean sheet and the BPs he was due :(

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,600 ✭✭✭roryc

Can anyone find a replay? I was watching it on a stream so couldn't make out if Lukaku's effort changed the path of the ball. The commentator seemed to think he got a touch on it which is probably what made FF give him the assist.

If Oveido gets it then he overtake the Everton defenders into the BP's

62 with Ozil's 3 BPs to come. Brady to play.

Hopefully. At least Coleman has no chance of bonus. Ozil will get 3, Delofeu 2 and then there's a few players for 1 like Jags and Distin.

If Lukaku keeps that assist, I will go into the final game 9 points ahead of Dahat. He'd need a goal from Chico.

    Here lads I'm all confused..

Someone with yellow boots crossed it, Lukaku missed it, and Deulofeu knocked it in

    Oviedo has yellow boots.

Need a CS plus bonus from Chico to go through assuming Lukaku keeps the assist and if he keeps it add a goal into that to go through.

Not the greatest piece of evidence. But you could argue from that angle it hit off him. Although i seen a replay up close and it didn't look like it. Could be one of those if they points were given at the time, they'll stay. If they weren't given they won't be added.

Stranger things have happened. Did you say if we finish level I go through because I'm ranked higher?

My hopes for jumping up a high number of places now rests on Shelvey, I have faith!

The ball definitely changes flight, it either glanced off Lukaku or an Arsenal player. I'm actually more confident after seeing that replay. Might even have hit his hand...

Judging from that, it looks like Oviedo crossed it, Lukaku fudged it, Deulofeu hit it in, and Barkley is at the edge of the box?
