Sewing - basic questions

Hi
This is a very basic question but I am looking at present ideas for my partner.
Do the paterns on etsy come with Fabric (link below) or are they just the pattern and you would need to get the fabric and kit separately
Know this is a silly question but cannot figure it out

Had a look there and it's just the pattern, a PDF file you download and print yourself. Some etsy shops do sell a full kit but that link is pattern only.

Thanks, am searching for a full kit but not much coming up.
Do you know what fabric you would get for a pattern like the one I linked too.

Cotton or poly cotton dress fabric, something that can go in the washing machine as it's for a child. The pattern should specify how much is required, there are fabric suppliers on etsy and I find eBay good for fabrics too.

I would be a bit doubtful about a sun-dress and bonnet that leaves as much of the child's neck exposed as that one does!
