Arch Tech needed for change of use from office to medical in Dublin

    As in title I'm looking for recommendations on an Arch Tech to submit a planning permission for change of use from office to medical in Dublin area. Do not need a fancy design, just to measure the premises and prepare documents.
    Because of the cost I would prefer a freelancer rather than a large firm as the project is quite simple.

    Also - google.ie is not very helpful with finding arch techs in Dublin. Can you recommend a website where arch techs advertise?
