O my god how bad is this battery!!

from a charge I will get 8 hours battery life from it. Doesn't matter how much I use it really. Maybe an hour difference between above average use and normal use. Its a nightmare. Charge it in morning and go out for day. Leave it in my pocket for whole day. Send the odd text, check livescore nothing major. If I'm home in the late eve and don't have time to charge it before I go out for night I might get an hour out of it.

this can't be right can it? It's a month and a half old and I've had to kill most background apps already.

I wonder can you refresh the battery somehow. Some batteries can be improved Not sure if it should be run down fully then left to fully charge.
You'd have to check whats best for that kind of battery

I dunno if this is right for it, but you could check what others have done.

Of course you might just have a bad battery.
