    I have made the huge mistake of going back to UPC from SKY. They haven't even installed the service yet and the problems have already started. I would like to send a proper email of complaint and I am not going to do so to anyone in one of their call centres or customer service representatives. This has to be a record -1 day and I cannot deal with them anymore

    I wouldn't waste my time. Even if you get his e-mail address, it will be filtered by his PA and forwarded to someone in customer support.

    Or do you expect him to phone you or personally come out to your house and fix the problem? Is your name Joe Duffy?

    I'd imagine for someone to give you the address OP, they'd have to be a UPC employee and risk getting the sack for doing so. So we'll not go down this way. There is an "Ask UPC" forum on Boards...
