    The very first one with the palette full of teeth is a fake afair, but the rest are very much real. Some of them aren't necessarily hyperdontia; I had a similar condition where my adult teeth broke through and started growing before my baby teeth fell out. Got the baby teeth pulled, and all was right with the world again. Strictly speaking that's not hyperdontia because I didn't have "extra" teeth, just some stubborn buggers who were too cosy.
