PS4 Pre-Order Thread! Where are you getting yours?

I ordered a DS4 from VGP and they wouldn't break release date, they only shipped it last Friday. I know GS in the US were selling DS4s for a few weeks, didn't know GS UK were selling them early too.

I know but everytime I rang they told me they hadn't rang anyone yet but I will get a call. One guy was so horrible to deal with he just keeps saying nah no bundles yet. Also, my local Xtra-Vision don't know are they having a midnight opening yet. I'm hoping to get the Killzone Mega-Bundle. Has anyone anywhere in the country had a different response from Xtra-Vision regarding bundles?

Be interesting to see if anyone indeed got a call cause I was told today that the bundles were preordered separately to the ps4 and sold out within 3 days. When I tried to preorder they told me I'd go to the end of the queue which was a load of crap now that they're launch day bundles.

i have the killzone mega bundle preorder they said you have pick it up on Friday or Saturday or they pass it on to next person on list.

i had it preorder in June and went in when bundles we're announce and they took my preorder.

They told me to stay with the ps4 and they'll ring me to upgrade. They even rang head office and they said they'd be ringing and not taking preorders on bundles. I even have a receipt for bf4 and on it it says no preorders on bundles. Last time I'll deal with them. I was trying to support local but never again

Ah I'm not in any rush to get one. I only got a PlayStation 3 last year. I would only consider it if I managed to get some work again. I was just curious about availability.

Gamestop online orders before August, are they guaranteeing wel get it on Friday the 29th??

Same as my receipt. I'm gonna bring it in to the manager of the store to complain but I know it won't get me anywhere.

yea at first when I went in they didn't even know what I was talking about and wouldnt take my preorder.the staff in my xtravision are sound they rang me the next day and ask me did I still want it.i don't know if they would have rang me if I didn't inquire about it guess I was lucky.

I pre-ordered online in June and got a confirmation email last month that I will be getting the console on the 28/29th.

Check your inbox to see if got an email from them.

Yea and the guys in my local are thick as planks and no cop on. Sure why would they want to be nice and try to keep customers happy !! The manager seems really nice she was very helpful any other time I dealt with her but she's never there. If I walk in and see the lad I dealt with about the bundles I just walk out now and buy somewhere else.

I might give the head office a call tomorrow and see what's the story as everywhere else seems to be able to book bundles. I also noticed that on my final payment receipt it also said: "Order does not guarantee stock or price", this was on none of my previous receipts. I only booked it there because it is local and they told me I was guaranteed one at launch, it also saved me a 30+ mile round trip to Smyths or Gamestop.

Yep because there are good few people on the xbox forum that got their X1s today from GS. GS shipped the pre-orders yesterday so it depends if you picked standard or express delivery, I picked express as they are both free.

They'll probably say what bundles we didn't release any yet ? That's what I hear everytime I ring the local store.

Xtravision are not doing midnight opening for ps4 it's on there Facebook page. Might wait till 12 to go in and hope there isn't a queue
