    Having phone stolen from car while running.

    Did not even get session done, came back to leave in jacket after 10 min warm-up and there is was "gone" with a broken window for my troubles. Grr.

    some d*ickheads phone kept going going off during an exam today....grr....it was left in a bag at the side of the room....invigilators couldn't find it for ages....thanks for keeping it on and not helping to find it, whoever you are.....

    Stupid twee, childish music you get in half the ads these days, with ukuleles etc. That VHI ad about the "tiny babies" being a prime example, but once you notice it you realise it's everywhere.

    One of my friends keeps saying 'you run marathons' to me. I keep correcting her but it's not sinking in. It's annoying because when I actually do run a marathon, she's not going to grasp how big a deal it will be for me because in her mind, I've been running marathons for the past year.

    I remember after a race once I had this moment of epiphany when I saw a few men (who looked to be in their 40s) standing around chatting and all wearing tights. Man it just looked so wrong.

    Women in tights = good(sometimes very good)
    Men in tights = the scale goes from bad to crimes against humanity

    Slippery tracks.. trying to do a session at the track tonight and half of it was frozen over. To make it worse my racers are fairly worn down underneath and have gone really smooth so I was slipping all over the place!

    Putting on 4 lbs since DCM:( I'm not eating any more than usual, I guess it's just the lower mileage. NOT cool:mad: Something will have to be done asap...
