Aftertiming here but followed the big gamble on Ronaldo for the Ball D'Or last week after Messi got injured. Just missed the 4/1 but got on with Lads @ 3's so happy to see him bang them in tonight. :) Odds on now but he was as high as 10s and 8s a few weeks back. Crazy prices for any lucky feckers that got some of them.

The argies would never lie down for brazil, fix or no fix,not in a million years!

While you may be correct that a European team, especially Holland, won't win you are wrong to ignore Columbia.

Great odds. What price are they now ?

Not bad for the 4th ranked team in the world.

Do you carry it around? :)

I'm on the Portuguese at 50s. Don't think Brazil will inconvenience them so much and people are forgetting that they easily could've won Euro 2012.

I think Argentina and Belgium will be next year's Germany from Euro 2012. I.E. Overpunted and underpriced. Especially Belgium, they shouldn't be shorter than Holland, Italy or Portugal at this stage

I take your point about columbia and am aware of the threat, they could well be the ones argentina beat in the final.

I'm big into my soccer so about 5/6 years ago I asked for a price for Belgium for the 2014 World Cup and was quoted 400/1.

    I'm a Douche. I didn't have a bet as I wanted 800/1.

    28/1 I think

Backed them at the start of September 2012! Youwin were top price, they'd a special. Bet €25 get a €25 free bet. My plan was to have my own €25 on and then top up with the free bet.

They took an age to credit my account with the free bet & by the time they did the price was long gone.

I wouldn't back Portugal with counterfeit, without Ronaldo they wouldn't beat my local Sunday league team

Coentrao, Pepe, Moutinho? They shouldve beaten Spain in the semi's of the Euro's, a game Ronaldo hardly dominated. The current 33's e/w is still too big compared to England, Belgium and the Dutch

In fairness you named 3 players that are hardly gonna win you game.
1 of em is a liability and the other 2 are no great shakes.

A European team can't win the world cup in south america, that just leaves Brazil and Argentina, two horse race, and the super argies are superior, definite lump job for me. Been backing them in every world cup since 1978, got paid twice since then,2014 is my hat trick :)

Looks like you got in at just the right time, should have got out after 1986 though!

I may be completely deluded but you can get 25/1 on betfair for New Zealand not to win on Sunday. Is that not massive? This is NZ without Dan Carter who couldve been beaten by England last week, a team Ireland aren't miles away from. Obviously NZ will nearly certainly win but I was going on expecting them to be 1/10, not 1/25

Wait for the Irish team to be announced. McFadden is out, Kearney missed a few days with injury and O'Driscall and Sexton are touch and go.

Personally, pending Sexton starting, I think plus 20 is huge.

Taking a chance on lexington bay here in kempton, 25/1 and drifter all day but i think he may outrun his price, has come back reasonably from previous lay-offs.

Cue him finishing a tailed up last.

    edit: lol

This is backing Frankel not to win a lingfield handicap.NZ not to win should be 50/1 at the very least. If O Driscoll does not play we mat get closer but everything [including Carter] says the All Blacks by a very wide margin.

Haven't Ireland never beaten New Zealand? We were shocking against the Aussies.
